Eligibility
- The referrer must submit the referral through the official NAATI Experts Refer & Earn form.
- The referred person must be a new customer who has never previously enrolled, registered, or been in active discussions with NAATI Experts.
- Self-referrals are not permitted.

Successful Referral
- A referral is considered successful only when the referred student enrolls in an eligible NAATI Experts coaching program.
- The student completes the required payment in full.
- The student remains enrolled beyond any applicable refund or cancellation period.

Referral Reward
- The referrer will receive AUD $50 for each successful referral.
- The reward will be processed only after all eligibility requirements have been verified.

Payment Method
- Referral rewards are generally paid via Wise or another payment method selected by NAATI Experts.
- The payment method may change at the sole discretion of NAATI Experts.

Transfer Fees
- The advertised referral reward is AUD $50 (gross amount).
- Any bank charges, Wise transfer fees, currency conversion fees, intermediary bank charges, or payment processing fees are included within the AUD $50 reward.
- The final amount received may vary depending on payment provider fees, currency conversion rates, local bank charges, and country-specific payment fees.
- NAATI Experts is not responsible for any deductions made by payment providers or financial institutions.

Verification
- NAATI Experts reserves the right to verify the identity of both the referrer and the referred student before processing any reward.
- Additional information may be requested where required.

Duplicate Referrals
- If multiple people refer the same student, the reward will be granted only to the person whose referral was successfully submitted first and verified by NAATI Experts.

Fraudulent Activity
- NAATI Experts reserves the right to reject referrals or withhold payments if false, misleading, duplicate, fake, or fraudulent information is submitted.
- Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the referral program will result in disqualification.

Taxes
- The referrer is solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from receiving the referral reward in their country of residence.

Changes to the Program
- NAATI Experts reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Refer & Earn Program, including these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.

Final Decision
- All decisions made by NAATI Experts regarding referral eligibility, reward approval, and payment are final.

- By checking the checkbox and submitting the referral form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- You acknowledge that the AUD $50 referral reward includes any applicable transfer or payment processing charges, and the final amount received may vary depending on the payment method and applicable fees.
